We are sure you’ll be happy with the quality garments offered by Catherine’s Plus Size Fashions. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any garment, please send us an email as soon as possible upon receiving your order at returns@catherinesplus.com.au to arrange for return of same. We will happily offer exchange of size, however please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the garment to us.

(We are aware that some websites offer ‘free return shipping’, however we prefer to keep our prices affordable rather than inflating prices in order to allow for so called ‘free’ returns.) Please be sure to check our Sizing Charts which are provided for every garment design. If you’re still unsure, please send me an email at catherine@catherinesplus.com.au and I’ll be happy to assist you in selecting sizes.

When returning, you should ensure that your garment is in original condition with tags still in place. Please return your parcel with Australia Post within 14 days of receipt and remember to affix postage to your package prior to posting. We will replace your garment or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.   

Please note:  There will be no additional postage charge for shipping the first exchange garment to you. However, should you choose to exchange a second time on the one order  an additional shipping fee will be charged in the amount of $12.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure you contact us for refund or exchange of garment within 21 days of placing your order. Thank you.

Please note that the postage charge for returning the garment to us is not refundable. However, in the event that we agree, upon receiving a returned item, that the garment is faulty in any way ALL of your postage costs will be refunded to you.
